This privacy policy sets out how the MAGNA AR team uses and protects any information that you voluntarily provide to the MAGNA AR team when you use our apps or visit our website. Vieyra Software is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. The MAGNA AR team may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time. This policy is effective from 1 January 2020.

App Privacy

Downloading our apps does not require any registration of personal information with Vieyra Software. Vieyra Software does not collect any data on you or your use of any of our applications after it is installed onto your mobile device. After installation, any physical data measurements recorded using the mobile device's sensors is stored in the internal memory of the mobile device, unless otherwise transmitted voluntarily by the user to a third party through the data export feature. Vieyra Software apps do not require Internet permissions.

 

App Permissions Explained

The MAGNA AR app requires permissions for the following purposes:​

  • Photos/Media/Files: to save and/or read recorded sensor data

  • Storage: to save and/or read recorded sensor data

  • Camera: to control the camera flash (for the Stroboscope mode)

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Data We Collect via Our Website

By contacting us through this website, we may collect the following information: 

  • Name

  • E-mail Address

  • Other information relevant to surveys (demographic data, user feedback, etc.)

We do not monitor identifiable individual activity on our website via cookies.

What We Do with the Information We Gather via Our Website

Information that you voluntarily provide to the MAGNA AR team may be used to:

  • Contact you regarding feedback you provided to us

  • Keep you updated about new app features and usage ideas (only if you voluntarily register for our newsletter)

  • Contact you for surveys to improve our website and our apps (only if you voluntarily register for our newsletter)

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect via our website. Our website is hosted on Wix.com. Any data you submit through the newsletter registration feature is stored through Wix.com's data storage, which are protected on secure servers behind a firewall.

Controlling Your Personal Information

If you voluntarily registered for our newsletter and no longer prefer to be contacted by us, you may remove yourself from the list by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of any newsletter mailing.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
